An online quiz on combating COVID 19 was conducted among the public; more thanm10000 people participated and received e-certificate.
Poetry and Drawing Competitions were conducted to envisage the healthcare measures to combat COVID 19 for school children under three different age categories. More than 6000 students across Tamil Nadu participated and receive certificates

Swachh Bharat Summer Internship 2.0 was conducted from 8-7-19 to 15-7-19 where 45 NSS Volunteers participated and created awareness on “Plastic Waste Management and Organic Waste Management” through a rally and door to door campaign. They also painted the public walls and created awareness to the government school students.
Observed “Poshan Maah (Nutrition Month)” by creating Nutrition Awareness Rally, Door to Door Awareness Campaign, Awareness Programme in Community and Street Play.

SKACAS in association with Government Medical College and Hospital & Shanthi Social Services organized blood donation camps and more than 550 students donated blood
Our Students participated in the 7-Day NSS camp at Ikkarai Booluvampatti which focused on “Health and Hygiene”.
Our students have extended their helping hands even to other states. They donated a cheque for Rs.60,000 in favor of Kerala Chief Minister’s Flood Relief fund, handed over dress materials and medicines to the victims of Kerala flood on 16.09.2019 to the District Collector, Palakkad.
SKACAS in association GKNM Memorial Hospital organized a Free Medical Camp for the rural people of Arivoli Nagar on 30-7-2019 and the Chief Medical Officer Dr.Latha Subramani of GKNM addressed on the measures to prevent cancer.
