The department is presently headed by Dr.S.Nareshkumar, who is an experienced academician of Mathematics and guides the faculty members of the Department to work for the betterment of students & the college.
He has 14 years of experience in teaching and research at various Arts & Science and Engineering colleges of repute.
He has obtained his Under-graduation and Post-graduation from Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore, M.Phil from Bharathidasan University, Trichy and Ph.D from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.
He has published 7 research papers in various International Journals and Conferences. He has guided M.Phil Research Scholars. He has received fund from ICMR board for conducting National Level Seminar.
He has held various responsibilities of the institute like Member of Exam Committee, Member of Disciplinary committee, Cultural Committee, Sports Committee etc….
