The college library, located in the Digital Library Block of the SKACAS campus, spans 5,584 sq. ft. and houses more than 10,650 volumes of printed books and 154,638 volumes of e-books (Science Direct, ProQuest, IEEE, DELNET, and N-LIST) covering various branches of knowledge. With its vast collection of books, along with a wide range of national and international journals and magazines, the library serves as a vital learning resource for the campus community. It subscribes to 133 printed national and international journals and magazines, as well as 19,522 e-journals (Scopus, ProQuest, IEEE, DELNET, and N-LIST), keeping students and faculty updated on the latest developments in arts and science. Keeping pace with modern trends, the library is fully computerized with KOHA library automation software and equipped with advanced facilities such as RFID and self-service kiosks. It also provides access to CDs & DVDs, back volumes, project reports, thesis, question banks, and Plagiarism checking (Turnitin), supporting both academic and research pursuits.

Dr. J. Lakshmanan, B.Sc., M.A., M.L.I.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D., is currently working as the Librarian at Sri Krishna Adithya College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore. He previously worked as Assistant Professor in the Department of Library and Information Science in A.V.V.M. Sri Pushpam College, Poondi, and in several other reputed institutions. He completed Ph.D. in Library and Information Science at Bharathidasan University.

With 16 years of professional experience, Dr. Lakshmanan is widely recognized for his expertise in user studies, bibliometrics, e-library services, library automation, e-resources management, and research support. He has published 27 research papers in national and international journals, conferences, and seminars. He is also a recognized as Research Supervisor under Bharathiar University in the field of Library and Information Science.
