Dr.M.Swapna is Associate Professor and Head of English, Sri Krishna Adithya College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore. She is committed to fostering the academic and social wellbeing of every student under her care. She graduated from Bharathiar University with a Ph.D., Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in English. She has devoted more than fourteen years in research and in teaching of English Language and Literature. She is the Senate Member of Bharathiar University.

Dr.M.Swapna has spearheaded numerous training sessions organised for students and members of faculty to enhance their communicative acumen. Her forte’ is Indian Writing in English, American Literature and English Language teaching. She has a repertoire of publications in International Journals and Conferences. Under her guidance, four Research Scholars are pursuing Ph.D. in English. She has received International Academic Leader Award from International Institute of Organised Research, registered MSME Government of India in 2021. She is the Presiding Officer of Internal Compliance Committee and a Member of MISTE. She heads the Department with vision and passion, bringing a wealth of academic expertise.
